Shipping Policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page using your order number or email address.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the items ordered. The carrier is selected at the time of shipping to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

At this time, Spiritual Disciple ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@spiritualdisciple.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
