To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Within 30 days of delivery.
• In original, unworn condition.
• In original packaging with all tags attached.
• Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Personalized or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@spiritualdisciple.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@spiritualdisciple.com. We will arrange the exchange, subject to product availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
